I can see them, I tried zooming in and out, pushing the scan button, toggling it, remapping the keys. On 4 quests so far, 2 of them main story, and 1 tarot mural, the scan event will not trigger when I look at the slightly yellowish hotspots with gear icons on them. I have also noticed the 1.05 patch is scheduled to arrive *before* Dec 21, but have no ide whether this issue will be included in the fixes, especially since I have not been able to see anyone with a similar issue (*don't I feel special? Yay!*).Īny help on this matter (fix, workaround, whatevz) from either the community or the devs is appreciated, even if only to bring attention to the issue and fix or prevent it from happening to others in the future. I have attached a screenshot scanning the case without effect, to better elaborate on my problem. And although this part of the Automatic love quest is optional, I have no desire to skip it, as I have been immensely enjoying the story and atmosphere of Night City so far. While this is somewhat frustrating when trying to do all the police jobs in a sector (the two stuck sidequests are "Cyberpsycho sighting: Bloody ritual" and "Reported crime: Dredged up"), or colleting the tarot murals (the one on a big storage tank in Arroyo cannot be scanned), it is terrible when it occurs during the main story missions (Ghost town - cannot scan the necessary three devices Automatic love - cannot scan the security feeds). I have tried looking all over the net, as well as this forum, and I concluded it is not the "I cannot go into (or start) the scanning mode", nor can it be fixed by restarting the game, reloading an earlier save or even reinstalling the game itself. Apparently after applying v1.04 patch, my scanner mode stopped working.
